What to include in a bug report

Browser-based text-to-speech behaves very differently depending on operating system, browser version, and which voices are installed. A few details up front help us reproduce the problem instead of guessing:

• Device and OS — for example "iPhone 12, iOS 17" or "Windows 11, latest update"
• Browser and version — Chrome 124, Safari 17.4, Firefox 125, Edge 124, etc.
• What you tried — the text you entered (a sample is fine), the voice and speed you chose, and which button you pressed
• What happened — silence, distorted audio, a missing voice list, a console error message, a frozen page
• What you expected instead

Screenshots of the page or a short screen recording are extremely helpful when the issue is visual. If you are comfortable opening the browser console (right-click → Inspect → Console), copying any red error messages will often pin down the cause immediately.

Accessibility questions

If you use TextIntoAudio.com as part of an accessibility setup — for example with a screen reader, with reduced-motion enabled, or alongside a magnifier — and you hit something that does not work well, please write in. We treat accessibility regressions as bugs, not feature requests.

Privacy, data, and ad-related requests

For privacy questions, GDPR or CCPA rights requests, or queries about a specific advertisement, email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond within the statutory deadlines (typically 30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA). Corrections and editorial feedback

If you spot an out-of-date instruction (browser settings menus change often), a confusing explanation, or a typo on any of our reference pages — for example Install system voices, Browser support, or Writing for TTS — tell us which page and roughly where. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of each page is bumped when we update.

What we cannot help with

To keep replies useful, please note:

• We do not provide custom voice cloning, paid voiceover, or commercial-voice licensing.
• We cannot install new voices on your operating system remotely — those are handled by your OS settings. We can point you to the relevant instructions.
• We do not run an affiliate program and do not respond to mass outreach for guest posts, link insertion, or backlink swaps.
